Problem started with Julie, and then the same problem on Rachels. It is a per user setting in:-
Internet Options
Security
Untick Enable Protected Mode (requires restarting Internet Explorer)
You may try these steps and check.
Method 1: Add this website to the trusted website list and then check if it opens quickly.

Method 2: Flush DNS
a. Click Start, and type cmd into the Search box
b. Right-click on cmd and click Run as administrator
c. At the command prompt, type ipconfig /flushdns, and then press ENTER.
If the above Method does not work, go to next Method.
Method 3: Reset the Host file and check.
