ISSUE

    Change the port RDP that a PC listens on

 

CAUSE

    N/A

 

RESOLUTION 

   Start Registry Editor.

a.     Locate and then click the following registry subkey:

      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\TerminalServer\WinStations\RDP-Tcp\PortNumber

b.     On the Edit menu, click Modify, and then click Decimal.

c.     Type the new port number, and then click OK

d.     Quit Registry Editor.

e.     Restart the computer
