ISSUE
Unable to remove or update Java
CAUSE
Corrupt install or failed update
RESOLUTION
Try normal ADD & REMOVE first but if not then,
Download Java removal tool.
Install & run, then reboot.
Ensure the old Java folder is removed from program files and once removed install fresh copy of Java
