• Reboot PC (May fix it) (NOT POWER DOWN)
• Give PC a static IP address
• START / RUN / CMD type "ipconfig /release" then "ipconfig /renew" and "ipconfig /flushdns"
• START / RUN / CMD type  "netsh winsock reset catalog" and then "netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log"
